The hotel was conveniently located close to the national park, which was great for us as we were there to explore the local nature. the staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us useful information about the area. the breakfast was nice and had plenty of options.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, which was a minor inconvenience for us as we were on the first floor. transportation to the national park was not provided directly from the hotel, so we had to rely on public transportation or hire a taxi.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

We do not speak Croatian and the staff were very helpful in answering our questions about the Plitvice Lakes National Park which was the reason we stayed there. They were very welcoming and informative about the hotel, the services, the food and the local customs. The food was hearty and good. We enjoyed the goulash and the breakfast each morning was very good..

The caffe and cappucino were from a machine and the flavor was not right on which is important for morning time! Not a problem for us, but there was no elevator so luggage had to be schlepped several flights to get to the rooms. Rooms were clean, but basic.

We didn't like the hotel at all: rooms and bathroom not clean, the window of the room looking out at inner space, so never got any fresh air over there. Our advise: don't book here.
